oor wee Euro vacationJust back from a wee tour in Euroland .What can I say , FANTASTIC !!!Cant believe we squeezed so much into one week , non stop from the word go Casino's , karaoke , coffee shops, nurnburgring , blackforest , swiss alpine passes, bike rally and of course the Autobahn madness on the bikes Not to mention the humungus alcohol consumption and various unscheduled stops Big thanx to my three amigos for makin it an excellent and interesting trip Heres a wee list of spares you might want to carry for your weeks touring in Europe New engine :- preferably fitted the night before the trip and tested at least once round the block Spare luggage rack:- you never can tell when they will fall off sump plug washers :- for those pesky oil leaks Spare Alternator :- essential for hondas , over 2 years old Wheel bearings :- Just in case your front end starts to wobble over the alpine passes Indicators :- damn things always mysteriously self destructing on the Autobahn Registration plate :- alternatively , these can be repaired using tent pegs , super glue , electrical tape and radiator repair paste (otherwise known as "fuckin sticky stuff") Spare luggage straps :- no need as these are given away free by the nice men on the ferry 5 Litres of Engine oil :- for when the aforementioned sump plug washer does'nt fix the oil leak and the obligatory Gaffa tape and cable ties for obvious reasons Here's a link tae some foties |
