I think it would be better if everyone interested in going a run this Sunday could meet on the forum, to decide if the weather is okay.
I thought 11AM would be about right.

Motoman has seen me oot a feew times even been oot a run wi him, i used to do the push bikes (road/race if u ken em) could you cycle up to 200 miles in one day ??? too many doughnuts then
