Hi

Hi all. Got a Kawasaki VN1500 about a year ago after 17 years with my CBR600. Seem to spend more time polishing it than riding it - A sign of old age!! Can't ride at the moment but hope to be fit & mobile again by the time the weather improves.

Hi Drew. Yes  I had my CBR600 for 17 years and never had a major problem with it. Used it every day to get to work for around 10 years. (only thing that stopped me was snow) Fancied something more comfortable last year so got the VN. Totally different riding experience but I'm enjoying it.

Triking Robby

Hi M8,

Hello,

There will be a bit of weight in the VN from the CBR600 but then with it sitting lower that will help.

But then again I don't feel any weight on mine as it's a Trike a third wheel always help's.

Robby.

Robbie - Sometimes I think a third wheel would be a great idea, either that or a rerverse gear. The VN weighs in at 335 Kg so I've got to be careful where I park as I'd have no chance of pushing it uphill.
