Very nice bike. What exactly is it thats different about Guzzi's (sp?). Is it a different type of engine. People seem to talk about them as though they are different.

very different ! guzzi riders are a strange bunch.its 1100 cc of red italian thumping v- twin(sounds good eh)that wobbles round corners ! the engine is a good handwarmer on a cold day.

Nice Bike
Never would have thought of one for long distance touring. What is it like for comfort. Most people at present tend to think of the BMW GS range for touring. Han you any problems on the tour?

brilliant for touring.the luggage clips on and off in seconds.comfiest bike ive ever sat on.on trip to barcelona for moto gp i left ayr and never stopped till 240 miles, down A1/M1 somewhere.fuel light on for last 25 .24 litre tank.done 2 x 600 +mile days and 820 miles on the last day.didnt need to just did.covered over 3000 miles and averaged 52 mpg, nearly all of england and most of france was 90 mph motorway cruising.had an engine mount bolt loose in kent (silly me didnt pack a 10 mm allen key )borrowed one of an rac dude startin some car at services.after that the bike never missed a beat.or use any oil.not the most exciting bike but comfy, reliable and does everything asked of it.its done 12500 miles with no probs.

Bet a lot of GS owners were disappointed when one of the BMW's shocks failed after only 4000 miles on The Long Way Down, just as they were getting onto the rough stuff. Still think the guzzi is nicer looking bike though. Ride Safe..........
