Now she has a bit of experience on the road and seems comfy on the scoot we want to derestrict it a bit as it only hits 30 mph as do all restricted peds. It has the original exhaust on with what i've been told is a restrictor pipe (a pipe coming out the system which is closed off at the end) . I havent had it off to see for any restrictor washers yet but before i do my question is ...
